Scouts Complete Eagle Project in NJ
June 20, 2017
A group of Scouts from Troop 226 worked with Aaron Kazer to complete his Eagle Project in the New Jersey Section of the Palisades Interstate Park.

The project consisted of installing a 60-foot-long section of boardwalk along a wet section of the Long Path north of the Park Headquarters in Alpine, NJ.

The Scouts brought the materials to the site and assembled them into a beautiful boardwalk, which will result in a significant improvement for the hikers who traverse this section of the trail.

We'd like to thank Aaron and his team of Scouts for all their hard work and dedication to keeping our parks accessible and enjoyable!
